Colony Residents need to choose "Create a Login" above to fill in a brief access request form. For the question "Would you like to receive emails from the association" please select"All Emails". In the near future this new email notification system will replace the current one to send out emergency information about things such as hurricane notices.
All access requests need to authorized manually by the Board to insure you have the proper access to certain sections of the website. Once your access has been granted you will receive a wecome email at which time you can return and complete your login to the website..
The Colony is a resident owned, no pet, mobile home co-op consisting of 120 homes for residents 55 and older who call this their winter or year-round home. It is off the beaten path by design, making it tranquil and peaceful, away from traffic yet convenient to everything.
The Colony features a unique circular layout with wide streets, streetlights and sidewalks for your walking enjoyment. The homes are well maintained and have a classic look throughout.
Our clubhouse is at the center of our community and features amenities such as a meeting/dining/event room, billiard room, exercise room, library/card room, and kitchen. Adjacent to the clubhouse is our heated and screened swimming pool and 6 shuffleboard courts.
Within a short drive are some of the finest beaches on the west coast of Florida, including St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach and Clearwater Beach.
